The sequences can be studied on the Tripsichore Yoga: Uniquely Advanced Vinyasa DVD available from www.pranamaya.com The participants will also be expected to bring to the course their own personal perspective on yoga and be able to devise their own sequences based upon the principles of Trispichore yoga.
The 4 modules of the course are separated by several months so that students will have the opportunity to integrate and refine their understanding of the principles in the intervening periods through personal practice.
The aim of the course is to produce teachers of excellence who are knowledgeable and versatile in the form of vinyasa yoga. Graduates of the course should be conversant with the sequences of Tripsichore yoga and the intricacies of the techniques and philosophies that inform it.
